2019 Sangiovese

Our 2019Sangiovese went through an extended maceration to extract as much of the complexity of the grape. Early pump overs daily. Almost completely free run. Aged 12 months in medium toast, American and French Oak. Deep oak with complex and bright fruit, subtle bing cherry.
